Ovide van der Vlist is een Nederlandse actrice met een acteerdiploma van de American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, waarvoor zij in 2023 de Van den Ende Foundation theaterstudiebeurs ontving. Direct na haar afstuderen werd ze gecast in de aankomende boekverfilming Girl in a Glass Box, geschreven door Raf Lindia en geregisseerd door Emmy-award winnaares Blanche Baker. Ze is momenteel werkzaam als actrice in zowel de Verenigde Staten als Nederland.
