Iris van der Vliet

Iris van der Vliet recently played roles in the Videoland series Sleepers and the short film Merantau by Jalu Glissenaar, which was the winning film for the Euregion Short Festival Limburg 2026.

She has been nominated for ‘Best Supporting Actress’ in the short film Between Us by Ilya Aartsman. This film has been selected for the Vienna International Film Awards. Additionally, she plays lead roles in the short film Reflectie by Tim Klooster, which has been selected for the Limburg Film Festival, and the short film The Perfume, which premiered at the Netherlands Film Festival.

She has completed acting training at Faaam, De Toneelmeester, Chubbuck Technique by Romy Irene and is currently filming her first feature film directed by Ken van Mierlo (2026).
